Terms and Conditions for the Sale of Products

Overview:

These terms and conditions apply to the sale of items ordered from 786 Watches.

Sales Agreement:

Once a product is delivered and accepted by the customer, it cannot be returned if damaged. Customers must inspect the product upon delivery and report any damages to the delivery personnel. Returns for exchanges are only accepted if the product remains in its original packaging and condition.

Delivery and Inspection Protocol:

Customers should inspect the product for visible damages upon delivery. If any damage is found, they should refuse the product and notify our customer service immediately for assistance.

Reporting Damages:

Any damages must be reported within 14 days of delivery by contacting our customer service at INFO@ARABICWATCHES.CO.UK. Failure to do so within this timeframe will result in denial of any return requests.

Warranty for Damaged Products:

Products that are damaged and accepted by the customer are not covered under warranty. The customer acknowledges that the product is sold "as is," and any post-acceptance damages are the customer’s responsibility.

Return Policy:

786 Watches reserves the right to refuse returns of damaged products not reported within the specified time frame or if the damage is due to customer mishandling, misuse, or neglect.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will not be issued for damaged products accepted by the customer upon delivery. Refunds may be considered in line with our general refund policy for products that meet the return criteria outlined in our refund policy document.

Limitation of Liability:

Arabic Watch Mods is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or losses incurred by the customer arising from the use or inability to use the product.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from the sale of the product will be resolved through arbitration per the rules, with arbitrator(s) judgment entered in any court with jurisdiction.
